What is your refund and cancellation policy?

***it is advisable to acquire comprehensive travel insurance (before the commencement of trip) that covers all eventualities including cancellations***

 

REFUNDS ON CANCELLATIONS

*Below percentages are based on the total invoice amount.

A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking, otherwise, the booking will be taken as provisional only. The 80 % balance will be due a minimum of 60 days before arrival. Full payment is required if your date of arrival is less than 60 days.

CANCELLATION POLICY: All cancellations must be submitted in writing by email. If a booking is canceled within 60 days before the start of the Safari, Crocodile Tears (PTY) LTD T/A Crocodile Tears Safaris retains the full deposit and in addition a cancellation fee will be charged as follows:

  • Less than 60 days notice 20% of the total costs
  • Less than 30 days notice 100% of the total costs
  • No refund on no-shows, late arrivals, or non-completion of trip
